My life is absolutely great. I'm starting to learn that it's all about perspective.

My job may be boring, but I'm thankful I have a job. It pays the bills and enabled me to meet some pretty cool people.

Even though I'm confused about what to do in life, I'm so thankful that I have choices.

My fiance is an amazing person who loves me and always takes time out to make me feel special.

I'm lonely in Pittsburgh at times, but I have somewhere to live and people to be lonely for.

My family may be scattered, but they are wonderful, kind, thoughtful people who I am blessed to have in my life.

I'm so thankful for the doctors that developed the medicine that lets me live to see another day.

Just when I think I'm going whacko, I get an e-mail or phone call from a sister.

And I'm so happy for all of you on GC...for making my day a little bit happier.

I have ben in a little bit of a slump for that past week or so, but it has actually made me see what really makes me happy.

My family, who have been wonderful to take care of me while I'm recovering from surgery, and who love me no matter what crazy thing I do or say.

My true friends, who called to see how I was doing, and to just talk to me when I have my low points.

My sisters, who are always there for me, even when I just need a smile.

My boyfriend, who has been a wonderful person in my life this year, and just about the sweetest man I know.

This wonderful weather which makes me just want to spend the entire day outside in the sun!

I've been in a really really good way for as long as I can remember...

I just graduated from a great school (with honors!) and am going to a great graduate school.

My entire family is healthy, and everyone gets along.

I have an amazing set of friends--and I hated leaving them after graduation.

Mr. Munch is the best boyfriend ever! I think he was possibly prouder at graduation than my parents!

I can cook!

Despite a few annoyances............I love my life......in fact, I no longer suffer from panic attacks, need the help of anti-depressants, and have finished therapy for anorexia, depression, and anxiety.

I involve myself with two area Theta alumnae chapters, an alumnae panhellenic, and have taken on the role of music and scholarship advisor for my chapter at EKU. I finished last semester for my second degree with a 4.0 and this summer's class is shaping up to continue the 4.0 streak. Tomorrow I begin observing surgeries with my Urologic surgeon buddy at the hospital. I've become a practicing catholic once again and am highly involved in two church groups, one of which i was appointed as the new leader as of yesterday.

My community service/philanthropic efforts are going well too. I still volunteer twice a week at the hospital, along with volunteering for(as well as helping raise money) fundraising events for the Lexington Humane Society, Multiple Sclerosis Society(MS Walk), the American Diabetes Association (Walk for Diabetes where I exceeded my goal of raising $100 and raised $150). I was recently asked to serve on the state CASA(Court Appointed Special Advocates) board as a Theta alumnae representative but have regretfully declined. In addition to these I also help with God's Pantry(feeds the poor in the area) and the Catholic Action Center (feeds, clothes, and minsters to the homeless in Lexington). This fall I'll be working with the Susan G. Komen Foundation's Race for the Cure, a CASA fundraiser, Toys for Tots Drive, and a silent auction fundraiser for the Humane Society.

I have also rediscovered old hobbies of reading educational books about my ancestry(Celts, Vikings, Danes, Angles, Saxons, Britons, and the Scots) as well as Celtic, Norse, and Egyptian mythology. I also have enjoyed reading nursing and medical journals/books. I've also been planning a canoeing trip, hiking trip, trips to wineries, the shakespeare festival, ballet in the park, and sporting events.

I'm single and I'm enjoying the single life...........not that i have time really for a relationship anyway

Yes...........I love my life
