I agree h2hoot here. Yes you can call a National organization and explain that while illegally downloading various copyrighted material you decided to nobily look up porn stuff lol. And while doing so you saw various letters . . .
But honestly, where would it go?
Think about how Kaaza works. Kaaza is a giant share ware program so you are literally going into individual hard drives to take out software lol. The individual you are downloading from is probably one of many that has that file and is not the originator of it.
IT would be difficult for you even tot ell who the person is because they use a user name and once you or they unlink you don't see them again.
