also, instead of "shot glass" try "toothpick holder". (that's what the local store calls them).

Oh, is THAT what they're for?? I always thought they were vitamin cups...

(Background for random comment: My husband's family uses shot glasses to set out their morning vitamins. For the first 12 years of his life, my husband thought that's what shot glasses were for. He was very surprised to learn that you could put alcohol in them. His family are not big drinkers.......)

Honestly, I don't have a problem with items whose primary purpose is alcohol-related, so long as you don't use it for that purpose if your GLO has rules against it. I can put a gin and tonic into my AEPhi tumbler just as easily as I can put champagne into my AEPhi champagne flute or vodka into my AEPhi shot glass (er... toothpick holder ). (Not that I would... but I could.)

As for clothing, like Blue Violet said, if you're going to wear clothing with letters on (no matter what article of clothing it is), make sure it fits!!

The shotglasses were big when I was a collegian. . .and yes, they were advertised as a "shot glass". (I have two!)

I personally don't like the cheerleading shorts with letters stitched on the back. Why would you want to put your letters on your butt? It seems disrespectful to me. Also, it's not very classy when the shorts don't fit, and the middle letter kind of gets lost...if you know what I mean!

I'm sorry, but I still don't like the idea of sitting on my letters...
