My question is how did this person get caught with a large amount of hash and weed if we smoked it together? Okay, so I am digressing, just thought of that when I read the scenarion again. Hmmm... I'd go back anyways. If the sentence was three years, we'd just be doing time. If the sentencing was 33 years, I'd go back, then devise a plan, with my "friends"/Sorors of course, to escape to another country where we'd be fugitives forever...
I know it sounds like I am crazy, but I am really serious. I would go back but I'd have to at least try to come up with something. It may not be during years one and two but geesh after like 15-20 years, one HAS to know the system inside and out...I'd try to devise a plan straight Shawshank Redemption stylee.
It's late. Goodnight.

You and your friends bought it and smoked SOME of it together; then THEY went back home. You decided to stay.
Oh yeah; HAPPY NEW YEAR, DeltaBrat.

I read more into the original question than was written. The reference of the foreign jail can represent may aspects of our lives.Being greek has instilled in me the basic understanding of brotherhood and "Love for all Mankind".I would lend a hand to assist anyone who was in distress, but on a dark stretch of highway I personally would feel safer stopping for any member of the "Devine Nine" than someone else.(I would still stop)
I love my fraternity,so therefore I love all my brothers. The strength of Brotherhood over flows into all greekdom, and to those who are not.We cannot judge our organizations on how much we benefit from them, but on how much they can benefit from having us as members. How much can I give, how much can I do,how better can I serve.
I know they would return,because I did.
