Why do we get so angry at the media when all they are doing is reporting facts?

These men are (maybe were depending on their national rules) members of TKE. They have been charged with a serious crime... These things are facts!

If you see someone in your chapter doing something that is unethical it is your responsibility to stop them. These fellas as TKE's all took the same oath and should be responsible for themselves as well as their brothers. Maybe the chapter in question should do some soul searching -- they may have a problem when their alums conspire together for major crimes such as this.

Bottom line is it's not the media's fault and they will report the facts regardless of whether or not they piss you off.

Thats crazy. Just because some of their alums did something wrong there is something wrong with the chapter? Thats like saying a guy from your chapter 10 years later becomes a serial killer. Then since his chapter and fraternity was brought up in the news they need to examine themselves. They all might be serials killers because that guy went to their chapter 10 years ago? I don't think so.

I don't mind that the mentioned TKE in the news because its the truth, they were all members at the same time 10 years ago. Did they need to mention the org? No, but that their right.
