Kappa,
We'd have the wing were the other house members come up to us at 3am on Thursday night of finals begging us to be quiet so they could study, and calling us bad roomies cuz we drink all the time 
Our wing should have a centrally located hot tub and bar, that way ALL of us could party like nobody's business And, all GC'ers would be welcome to hit up the full service bar that would be located in my room.

Well SA, you'll have to turn in a separate letter to both of us. Be forewarned though, a portion of the application required by me will ask for proof that you can down a pitcher of Coors Light in less than 40 seconds.
It is definately doable....i know for sure

Oh, b/c that is definitely a challenge -- I can outdo you any day! You just wait. But can I have Dos Equis instead? Coors Light is for wimps.
Oh, and btw, can there be a dance floor on our wing?
And since we're going all out, I think a large movie theatre wouldn't be out of question.

Darlin, you can try XX if you want, but i'm certain i'll beat ya in a chuggin contest.
As far as the dance floor, i'm game, as long as we've got a band to play music to 2 step and waltz to. I'd prefer a dance floor with an open roof, so i can slow dance with all my GC cuties out under the stars. The first 2 dances go to SATX and Shine
