Theta is returning in fall 2026 with a new colony. I assume with the pressure the uni put on the society they were able to disband it quickly to get Theta back on campus.

Bumping since Theta got their charter class. According to information from Greek chic NYC, over 300 women signed up for Theta’s recruitment and 131 women became charter members (via SMU Theta’s Instagram) I am so excited for the charter members and to see where the chapters goes!

Congratulations to Theta and I'm hopeful that these new members will be supported not only by KAT alumnae but the rest of the SMU Panhellenic.


Does anyone know if the chapter house is now solely for the members or is it still being offered as luxury housing at SMU?

For now it's being used as luxury housing but the new members will be able to move in for the 2027-28 school year.
