We had one in (showing my age) fall '92, that were black with purple printing. There was a Cross & Crescent in the middle of the back. Above the C&C it said "Don't Pledge a Fraternity..." and across the bottom it said, "Join a Brotherhood."
I loved that shirt. I wore it until it was more holes than shirt.
Another one we had read, "We've upped our standards...so up yours!" Not sure how much it helped us with rush, but it made us laugh. And eventhough some might have considered it offensive, it was actually tame compared to some of our greek week shirts.
