Quotable sisters...

Just thought of something else.

A few years ago I took my bestfriend out for her 21st birthday. She got pretty wasted and she told her mom that she was staying at my house because she knew she wasn't going to be able to drive home. After we got back to my house she sat down on the couch and I was talking to her to make sure that she was alright. I was telling her that there was food in the fridge if she needed anything and she says to me "what am I gonna do, make a f*cking sandwich?"

We still laugh about that to this day.

A group of 5 of us have a huge inside joke list between us, that is basically stupid quotes or things we have all done. Some of the more "appropriate" ones I guess would be....

"I'm off like Kiran's shirt when Shaun's around." -Sam's away message on her AIM....thanks buddy, really....

Me: I'm in love with that guy, but I don't know his name....
Holly (like 5 minutes later): So, what's his name?

I could have SWORN he said his name was Silk....but then he looked at me funny when I called him that.....-Lauren

Meg: We're best friends, like peas in a pod,......like a pair of forks (she was trying to convince me that I needed to go out with all of them that night)
Me: Well....ok, I guess. As long as I can be the salad fork...
(I don't know where we got that, and why we laugh about it, but we do!)

I have a particularly funny one......my little sis and I went to panhell to promote our chapters volleyball tournament. Ash has this huge sign and she kept putting it up to her at stop lights and stuff while we were walking through campus. FInally I was like, "Hey Ash, Do you want me to get one for your A%% too?" We still laugh about that one.

Oh and my friend Rachel at a frat house when the higher ups in the sorority walked in and were chilling with us, "Are you sure this isnt one of those Membership development traps?"

At the end of pledge period we are asked a series of applicable question. One of them was "What are the three stages of a mans life?"


On of our more "hard-core" brothers stood up and said "Life...Sigma Pi....Death"

We all thought it was hilarious. But maybe you had to be there.

About 17 of us went to the MGCA Conference last February in Chicago and the whole time we kept a list of quotes that people had randomly said that weekend.

Aimee (AGD) and I after the IFC guys put fried calamari in our Grad Asst's coat pocket: "Nothin but squid is in my pocket"

Aubrey (ADPi) to Drew (LXA) everytime he picked on her: "I hate you why won't you die!"

Kate (AXiD - Grad Asst) to Drew and I when we constantly hit or poked each other: "Thats it....Drew - 5 minute penalty for unwanted poking. Andrea - 5 minute penalty for slapping."

Some random FIJI to our IFC President Dan (FIJI) about our Greek Advisor on the dance floor: "Dude...who's the old guy with the red sunglasses and the pimped out outfit?"

I'll stick some more up eventually.....once the list is found again...it was a great weekend.
