well, there are lot of things...
I love a man who is hardworking.
To me, if a man isn't willing to work hard and strive in worthwhile pursuits--even if they aren't easily accomplished-- all the spirituality and faith and charm do him very little good. If a man is a hard worker, be it in his profession or in his chapter or wherever else, for me it sends a really clear message about his character. It tells me that he realizes the benefits/necessities of work, he is willing to see a project through, and that he doesn't give up simply because the outcome of an endeavor doesn't come easy. It tells me that on a very important level he is willing to go the distance to make it happen.
