I don't think you will find anything written, other than for stealing, cheating or blatant dishonesty. Kind of like HR Policies at work. Also, we never had a Points system
When I was Standards Chair, it was more in a consultative role with your adviser and President. You act like a coach rather than a policeman. If I had to speak with someone more than 3 times about the same issue, then it was something that needed to be escalated.
