Hey yep they have a workout tape and it's awesome!!!! It starts off slow and then it's broken up into sections, and as you go on each section gets harder, like i am still in the first few sections of the tape cause it's sooo hard, but it's a goood stretch, and it tones and just all that other cool stuff. You can get it anywhere, I saw it at the Discovery Store, and you can get it at any dance store (like discount Dance Company, online) or Any suncoast
Hope that helps

It depends on what kind of workout you want but I have the New York City Ballet workout on DVD it is an hour of kick ass workout its what their dancers do to stretch and tone. Of course I love ballet and used to dance thats why I have it. You can get it at wal-mart. :-)

Ok, this is going to make me sound old but here is one of my favorite work out tapes...Paula Abdul-Get Up and Dance. I used to do it every single day...now I'm a slacker and have gained 25 pounds in the past year and a half Maybe I should start doing it again.

*bump!*
I'm looking for workout videos (or DVDs) that target lower-body (calves, thighs, hips, butt) and abs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Pilates is...nice I guess, but weights are far more efficient.
Get one of The Firm videos that focus on lower body. There are several.

I'm going to repeat what people said:
Pilates (and no, you don't have to be super flexible to do the workout)
The Firm CardioSculpt and BodySculpt
Tae-Bo works wonders also
I do a combination of the above exercises, along with running and weight training to really work my lower body. It's all good!
