It would certainly be an acceptable thing to talk about. They are looking for women who are involved in outreach and who want to give back to their communities.

I recently finished registering and I think I may have forgotten a few activities that I did while in High school. Should I email them about it, or is it really not that important due to the more relaxed feeling of Canadian sorority recruitment? I figured if all else fails, I could always talk about the missing activities during recruitment

If it was just a couple of activities, then I would just bring it up casually during recruitment.
