Sophomore Quota

^^^The point I think that 33 was trying to make was just that sophomores aren't guaranteed a bid just because their school uses an upperclassman quota. Which is what the PNM who posted here seems to be wondering about.

Oh no, I didn't mean it like that. I know I'm not guaranteed a bid even if it was mandatory for chapters to fill quota (i'm sure there are more sophomores/juniors rushing than quota allows bids for). I was just wondering if the chapters would be more inclined to disregard the quota or to fill it. As it seems, I guess it varies by chapter.
