Considering that's the only goof I see, it is an actual word, and they are nice enough to say "get your freaking rec letters if you know what's good for you" ...I'll cut them some slack. In other words, I don't think anyone believes that's how you spell deferred.

It's better than the newspaper story I read that referred to total as "sealing." (Total is also alternately called ceiling.) That made it sound like after you pledged you participated in a Mormon wedding ceremony.

Without knowing anything about these kinds of software, who knows why it got cut off.
The point is I've seen FAR worse over the years (sometimes from far more "intellectual" schools).

Lord knows I pounce on posters who seem to have no grasp of the English language, but the error I quoted was FAR from slaughtered. I was expecting "We participate in referrredde recruitment" or something.
