Good luck to your daughter this year! My daughter went through recruitment last year. She had a great experience; and I credit this to her open mind, positive attitude, and the great insight provided by GC members.

If her grades are low I would pursue the recommendation letters and have at least 1 for every Chapter. I think all chapters will handle exceptions differently but like dubaisis said almost every one drops for grades after round 1.
