We traditionally do a sleepover and have random sisterhood events like skits and such. There are also some sorority specific things we do prior to initiations that you could look into for your specific sorority.

Another thing would be to have some of the members tell why they joined and what they've gotten out of it, share their fears for the sorority (since it's new), and have a good time.

Again, like someone already said, if you have a house, keep it there. If not, ask one of the sisters to lend her house for the weekend for initiations.

Thank you. I love the idea of sharing our fears. We're going to have our first initiation as sort of an introduction of Greek life where we'll go through what we hope to achieve, how we'll achieve it etc. It should be a really special day
