No sweety, no excuses here... I just got str8 to the point with the info that I wanted. I already stated why I wanted to join a non collegiate so just accept it and move on. I have no problem with stating that at the moment I am pursuing my Bachelors degree but not thru a 4 year institution. I am attending community college and community colleges do not have greek organization... So now that its out there is EVERYBODY happy?? Geesh you people are a f**kin mess

We just had this conversation a few weeks ago about whether orgs should allow Community College. (You know us folks that have letters. So far you are proving the reason why we shouldn't.)

Nobody knew you went to community college. The way you talked, you said you had a chance, but finances got in the way.


I don't know many African American non-collegiate greeks that are in every city. A lot I do know of are either local, or small and may not have an org in your area. Have you considered Eastern Stars or some other non-greek organization?

An education is an education regardless if its thru community college or not. Im doing what every other college student is trying to do... pursue my degree. I already own a small business which is doing great but figured since im young i will expand...... I have considered Eastern Stars but in order to join there organization I would have to be a relative of a Mason, which I am not.

Why is it that I will never become greek? Is it because i have the guts to defend myself and dont take bull? Is it because I have sass and a pep in my step? Is it because I dont take bull off of anyboy? If becoming greek is against all that I am and for what i stand for I am for then to HELL WITH IT! I dont hold back, im a go getter... Thats the reason why when I had to leave college due to finances i didnt just sit around and work some minimum wage job, I actually got up and started a small business which is doing very well and Im finishing up my college degree so I can expand what sucess I have already established. I understand that there are rules and regulations that I have to follow... we all do... especially when entering greek life. But you all are NOT going to be apart of the organization that i wish to join and I will probably never meet any of you face to face.
