smoke breaks

I don't smoke, and it does bug me that some folks in my office seem to be going out every 1/2 hour for a smoke break. There are even a couple of non-smokers who tag along for the break!!

I try to get out once a day for a quick 5-minute walk around the building... I tell people it's my "non-smoker's smoke break".

ummm, exactly what kind of "smoke breaks" are we talking here??

In the type of job I have it doesn't bother me in the least, but if I was working somewhere like retail or food service, where you can get a jillion customers in 5 minutes and be stuck because your coworker is smoking, that might bug me. Of course I would feel the same way about a coworker who had to use the bathroom every 20 minutes.
