I heart facials. I always come out with my face feeling so CLEAN. Even though i wash my face 2x a day, it just feels so super extra clean.

It's kind of like a yearly teeth cleaning @ the dentist kinda clean feeling.

I'm also a big fan of spa pedicures

I agree with the Doctor above. Wrap treatments are the best. Often they involve a water treatment or mini massage... you can get a lot of bang for your buck depending on the spa and their choices.
