It is only legal in parts of Nevada. I can't remember exactly, I think it is just unincorporated areas, definitely not in the cities.

I remember seeing her on TV. She claims that she won't necessarily take the highest bidder; she'd rather have chemistry with her partner. Also, the "exchange" would take place at the Bunny Ranch (I believe), as her sister spent her 3 week stint there.

She said she's doing this as a social experiment dealing with human sexuality and is wanting to use the money to pay for her graduate program.

If doing this helps her get to the place she wants to be in life, more power to her, I guess.
