It is only legal in parts of Nevada. I can't remember exactly, I think it is just unincorporated areas, definitely not in the cities.

I remember seeing her on TV. She claims that she won't necessarily take the highest bidder; she'd rather have chemistry with her partner. Also, the "exchange" would take place at the Bunny Ranch (I believe), as her sister spent her 3 week stint there.
She said she's doing this as a social experiment dealing with human sexuality and is wanting to use the money to pay for her graduate program.

I thought Vegas was the only city in Nevada it was illegal in.

After watching the Tyra clip, I am not buying the fact that she is a virgin..... anyone who is that non-chalent with giving up their virginity to a person because of money...it just sickens me!
