To recap -

OP is told not to ask which sorority is "the dogs".

Mom says, "Don't refer to a sorority as the dogs."

It would seem that the two posters are in agreement. So, ladies, let's turn to Robert's Rules -

I move that no sorority be referred to as "the dogs". Do I have a second?

eta - of all the people I could think of here who could be referred to as "spoiled brats", I'd have to say that KSUViolet is one of the LEAST likely!

Well, at least we're not a cult.

Which is evidenced by the fact that you handled that better than many of us would've.

It is important to exercise good judgment when spelling, otherwise someone who appears to be judgmental will end up just appearing a fool.

Well, personally I just can't stand KSUViolet's posts because they're always in pink and very hard for these "mature" eyes to read!
But other than that, she's a real sweetie. Her posts show thoughtfulness and maturity, and are reasoned and accurate.

Whoa.. what happened in this thread between yesterday afternoon and now? I'm so confused.

Kappa Mom, you basically said, "Don't call other girls dogs, take the higher road"

KSUViolet says...

Even if this came off to you like an "attack", why would you call her a spoiled brat? How does that even make sense?

You could have simply said, "I know that no one here said that, but I was just trying to give some general advice, as I know that some girls talk badly about other sororities." That wasn't too hard.

I don't know KSUViolet personally, but from what I've read, she seems like a lovely person
