This Superstar has no luck with women. They wind up with his money (via divorce and child support) and wind up giving it to men who are scam artists. One wonders what is more upsetting: losing the women or knowing his money is going to trifling men.

Yeah her "news" is like a summary of YBF and C&D plus I don't know who taught her how to capitalize but she needs to get THAT together.

Malfunction

This late in her tour? Did she change an outfit? I don't know if I remember that outfit during her show. Seems like someone likes attention.

I am such a Beyonce fan that I just cannot believe that she didn't have on a nude bra under this outfit...she just had to, but I do agree that it is a new outfit.

Ah-mad Ra-shad, channeling Al Reynolds with those white shoes and his GF, heiress Sale Johnson. Sale is paid -- she's the ex-wife of Woody Johnson of Johnson & Johnson. If you must swirl, swirl with someone who brings something to the table:

Stanley Crouch. Not an attractive man, but a decent writer at times:

Osama bin Slickback:

And an attractive AfAm couple, N.Y. TV anchor Maurice DuBois and wife Andrea:

Maurice DuBois and his wife match to the point where if someone had said that was his sister I would believe them.

And LMAO at Osama bin Slickback.

Stanley's lips

WOW!

You are a tough crowd! I think he suffers from a skin condition where his skin is extremely, extremely dry.

And, yes - Maurice and Andrea look like brother and sister. But they also look neat and polished which is why I featured them on my blog this week.

Cheers!

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Oscar-nominated director John Singleton was driving a Lexus SUV when it struck and killed a jaywalker who stepped in front of the car, police said Friday.

Singleton, 39, immediately stopped his car and waited for police to arrive after the accident Thursday night in the city's Jefferson Park neighborhood, said Officer Jason Lee, a police spokesman.

"Mr. Singleton stopped and identified himself as required by law and was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol," Lee said. "He was questioned and released."

The woman was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead Friday morning, Lee said. She was identified as Constance Russell, 57, of Los Angeles.

Other details were not immediately released, and an after-hours call to Singleton's agent was not immediately returned.

So I was reading the Essence that has Jill Scott on the cover, and the article was pretty good. I see that basically Jill Scott's marriage fell apart for some of the same reasons that Vanessa Williams fell apart, she basically put her career first, but she didn't dog or down her ex-husband in no way, and I was really wondering how that would go with Terri McMillan doing the interview.

Now for another article that I read in the mag. For anyone else that has Essence and read the article about the missing black children and what doesn't get done via the media and police force compared to white kids thta go missing....they spoke of the Elizabeth Smart case, but something that I found really I don't know how to explain it is most of the black kids that were missing had these names that I couldn't fathom on how to pronounce let alone thinking that the media would know how....case in point one was named "Ptah"....I'm just sahying but how in the hell do you pronounce that? I know this has been discussed many times on many different forums, but why the crazy made the hell up names for the kids that are being born today?

Lets not even go there with the names. I'm all for creativity, but do that with the middle name, not something that will eventually be on a person's reusme.

I read that article, and I loved how it seemed like Terri and Jill were old friends. I was sorry that Jill and Lyzel broke up.

I agree let the made up name be the middle name.
