I hope he realizes that he needs to keep his family jewels to himself now. As for the young lady, she looked shady from the jump. If I was raped there would be no amount of money, no compensation big enough, that would keep me from seeing your arse in jail. If she wins the civil case it will look like he is only paying to get rid of the aggravation(?). He needs to concentrate on his kid, wife and what the hell the Lakers are going to do without Shaq. Lucky is not the word...

This wavering Lakers fan is hella pissed. For some odd reason, I hope Kobester learns a freaking lesson from all this mess, and that the Miami Heat, featuring a cut, in-shape Diesel, kills them in the Finals.

LA in the finals? .....if they buy admission tickets, I guess.

Yeah, I'm a bit optimistic here -- thinking that Kobester may turn into Jordan II.

I heard in the civil case she's only asking for $75,000, he should just issue her a check now. Besides her issue was more or less her character, I mean i'm not sayin that she could not have been raped but I am saying that having sex with someone after you have been raped b4 you even go to the police is just a little odd but that's just me. As for the Lakers I can't believe they went to 7/11 and recruited a bunch of players and was like her put a jersey on play for us. 1 person who I am concerned about is Lamar Odom, the clippers got rid of him because he couldn't stay off the weed and pass the drug test. And now the Lakers got him like he's going to act right.

Lamar Odom...what can I say? They better hope he doesn't pull a Rickey Williams on them and quit because he has seen the weed-induced light.
$75,000? That's all? Her butt is looking more and more questionable by the day. It's almost like HE should be suing her.

$75,000.00 is the jurisdictional limit (the floor) when you file a complaint in federal court. You must say on the cover sheet of the complaint that you are seeking at least $75,000.00. Of course you can be awarded or settle for much more (or less).
Now, onto Mr. Bryant and his inability to keep his **** in his pants. How difficult would it have been to call up the jet and have Ms. Vanessa come to Colorado? I still haven't figured that one out.
My son is sick of Kobe because of my Kobe talks (stay away from crazy, young white girls). I have threatened to draft a waiver for him to present to any young lady he goes out with before they become intimate. Yea, he thinks his mother has lost her mind.
