We just finished up a great year and are leaving for the summer as a very happy (and big!) chapter. Since we're still under chapter total by about 10, the decision was made to go ahead with COB this fall. We will be the only chapter COBing and will probably be taking around 10 women. We already have some great prospects on the horizon, and a good number of our new sisters have friends who are interested. In the words of "I Heart Recruitment", quantity = quality! In other words, the more interested women we have, the better quality women we can bid (because there are more to choose from!). Anyway, it's very exciting for us and I'll definitely post our COB story.
We're also gearing up for a great Formal Recruitment in January 2010! Isn't it crazy (in a good way!) that sisters are already planning themes and t-shirts? The whole format of the rounds was just revised by our Panhel, so it'll be an interesting year. But that's a long way off...
