I think Grey's will survive that. I like some of the new characters on board. ER certainly survived many major characters leaving. I think Izzy's "Denny" storyline was awful and George has been almost non-existant this season anyway.

Agreed! Izzy used to be one of my favorite characters, but now she is boring...

Poor Alex Karev. He's gonna be scarred FOREVER now. Just no luck with women.

That is the only bad thing about it b/c I do like Alex and Izzie together. But maybe Shonda will put more of Alex and his dark & twistyness out there. I think Karev is a highly fascinating character. The surface has barely been scratched on him.

I wonder if they played out the Izzie-Denny thing until people got sick of them both intentionally? (So now we don't miss Izzie when she leaves?) George has already been really in the background so I won't miss him. And I totally vote down the Callie and blondie situation. I liked her sleeping with Sloan better than that... <sigh>

RIGHT. There was that issue with his mom and how his dad forced him to do wrestling or something like that. I just love Alex, period. Not as much as I obsess over Denny, but he's close.

Chief is a whole other thing.

McSteamy is.. well, McSteamy. It's purely physical between us. lol

Now that ABC has cancelled "Eli Stone" ::grumble::grumble::, can we please being back the chief's wife? He definitely needs some right about now.

I wanted more about the daughter Izzy had when she was 15. They showed her once but that was it. I think Izzy donated bone marrow didn't she?

Yep! I don't think her daughter learned who she actually was though...

They asked the daughter (Hannah) if she wanted to meet her birth mother and she said she wasn't ready.

More crossover next week? This is like...my primetime orgasmic fantasy. I'm so in love with ABC. Thank you, God.

I like Sam at SGH. "I'm a Man!!"

Sloan is still sexy as hell. I hollared when he said, "Dying or not, I'm kicking your ass!"

Can Chief get OVER the #12 ranking already?

Sadie: Meredith grew up. It's time you did too.

Did ya'll HAVE to show the lil worms? eww and gross.

And Sloan, Addison, Naomi, Sam and Derek were HILARIOUS at Joe's!!!

I listened to an interview with his wife and, apparently, when they found out he was going to be on a Grey's spin-off, she started calling him "McChocolatey."

I like seeing Mer take care of Der for once. He's always saving her, rescuing her...it's nice to see some reciprocity. It makes me believe in them more if he's going to propose.
