I know they were founded at Lombard, but a lot of chapters including the Sigma Nu chapter at Lombard moved to Knox when Lombard closed.

Alpha Xi Delta presented at Knox College (where our Alpha chapter moved after Lombard College closed) but Kappa Kappa Gamma will charter there instead.

U. of Missouri Opening for NPC Colonization
According to the March 2 '07 online issue of the student paper, the U. of Missouri Panhellenic will be looking for another NPC sorority to come to campus. The paper indicates that NPC has been informed. See:

Kappa Alpha Theta's expansion to UNF should take place this semester. IHQ is planning to have it installed in mid-late April.

I've heard that Chapman University has voted to open for expansion.
They currently have AGD, APhi, GPhiB, DG, and PhiSig.

TCU
Gamma Phi wasted no time in getting info on its Web site about the TCU expansion: http://www.gammaphibeta.org/news/tcu/tcu.html
(side note: the photo of the girls in black dresses is from my chapter)

Re: Mizzou...
NPC Bulletin came out today. School will share information on houses for rent in Greek Town but is not doing the legwork for them.

Actually, I see the term "expansion" used by the men's groups and "extension" used more by the women's groups.
For example, on Pi Kappa Alpha's website they list "Recent Expansions"
http://www.pikes.org/infoCenter/recentExpansions.aspx
and on the SAE website:
http://www.saefraternity.org/?r=frat...sr=colony_list

UT-San Antonio is open for expansion and has selected 4 sororities to present:
Gamma Phi Beta (YAY us!)
Tri-Sigma
Alpha Gamma Delta
Zeta Tau Alpha
Presentations are occuring this semester (we present March 22, not sure about the others). They want to colonize one chapter in fall 2007 and one in fall 2009. Current chapters:
Alpha Omicron Pi
Alpha Sigma Alpha
Phi Mu
Sigma Kappa
Sigma Lambda Alpha (not NPC, but apparently in the PHC)
