I had such a boring day with no internet connection at a deposition.... I am now in tears. I am SO proud of you guys! lol. This thread will live on as one of the great comedic threads of GC.
Pretty much most of the comments I had to make were already made in this thread.
I hope that some people marry a very wealthy man who can afford to have her clothes custom made for her, and she can stay at home so that her stupidity and total, utter lack of logic can be kept behind clothes doors where it belongs.

Funny thing is that the episode of What Not to Wear that's on right now has a VERY petite woman on it. 4 foot 6. She's finding things that fit her just fine. The pants need hemmed, but that's going to happen no matter what. And stuff looks GOOD on her

I remember this episode!! She was very cute but she did have some horrid clothes before Stacey and Clinton worked with her.

This thread actually makes me wish I was still "speaking" to my exhusband! He continually bragged that, at 4'5 1/2", she was only a half an inch taller than a legal midget. I once asked him if that made her an illegal midget. He was not amused.

Clothes shopping sucks for me. You guys think you have problems. Try this on for size
I'm 1) petite 5'2 2) have big boobs 3) have hips and 4) I've lost a lot of weight so I'm between sizes (10's are loose and 8's are a bit to tight)

I was shopping for a Preference dress in the mall in Lynchburg, VA. I had found a dress that I liked, and asked if they had it in a size 2.
The salesperson told me that they did not carry sizes that small.
Total sizeism!!

Hahahahah Today Show is doing a story on shrinking petite depts right now.
And this dumb shithead just goes "I'd probably gain weight, so I could fit into non-petite sizes". YOU ASSHEAD. Maybe TauAlumna was right and people need to be educated about petite sizes, because it's about height, not weight.
