RACooper--
What are you studying? Your courses sound very similar to mine. One of my interests is Roman Law...I may end up doing my honors thesis on something related.
My schedule isn't finalized, but I think...
Ancient Mediterranean Societies (the last 100 level class I ever have to take! )
French 102
German 201
Swimming (we have to take 4 PEs...I don't mind, but it seems like a lot)
Greek Art and Architecture
I wanted to take more, but I really can't fit anything else into my schedule right now.

Introduction to Pre-historic Anthropology (marking papers)
As for Fall '05.... school hasn't announced all the courses available yet - so I might pick up a few undergrad and grad.
But I do know I want to be taking (got to narrow it down to 5 or 6):
Christianity and Symbols I
Mediaeval Theology
Violence in Medieval Society
Rites of Passage and Daily Life in the Middle Ages
Celtic Religion and Mythology
Old and Middle Irish
Roman Law
Old English Language and Literature
Beowulf and Other Old English Poetry

I haven't actually signed up for the classes, but for Fall '05 these are the classes I SHOULD be taking:
Organic Chemistry and the Lab
Microbiology
Physical Earth Science (Geology) and the Lab
Technical Writing
Genetics
U.S. History
I dont know if i'm going to take them all, I might get out of Genetics and take Technical Writing during the Wintermester (right after Christmas) and wait til the Spring semester to take Micro with the teacher I want.

I am not really IN school... just kinda taking classes and I have 4 more seminars until I get my Meeting Planning certification from CSUS.
I have to take:
Contracts and Liability
On-site Management
Special Events (elective)

At the end of July I will be DONE!
In the fall I'm going to take a couple classes for a Hospitality certificate at a JC. It includes culinary arts. But so far it looks like there is only one night class... and that's Measurements for Culiary Arts.

Yup...I've had about 5 years of Latin and 2 years of Greek. I like the Latin much more, though!
