Aye.
And the 3 inch bread on there is none other than Mancini's Italian bread, made fresh in McKees Rocks in the West End, the "other" Little Italy in Pittsburgh.

I haven't had one, or even been in a Primanti's in ages, but I think they do keep a defibrillator on the ready. Actually, I think that photo makes it look bigger than it is - but then again, I always take the fries off of mine. (I know, sacrilege!)
We have a Little Italy outside of Bloomfield?

If you want Italian pastry/food and you're too far away from Bloomfield, McKees Rocks is the place to find it, mainly in the lower Rocks, Broadway St. If you've never been to the Primadonna...I suggest you get a move on ! .
Although, Bloomfield is more, well, attractive?

Live and learn! I've heard that the Primadonna is wonderful, and there's a former church that's a beautiful wedding hall, but haven't been there.
*makes list of places to visit*

Southern Debutantes and Sororities: Baton Rouge (Sept. 2006)
The Baton Rouge Advocate recently published the list of 16 young women who will be presented at the ball of Le Cercle de Bacchus. The list mentions sorority memberships, as well as parents. grandparents, and colleges.
http://www.2theadvocate.com/features/3936076.html
If my count is accurate, 13 attend Louisiana State University (LSU). Sororities are indicated for 12 of the 13:
Chi Omega - 2
Delta Delta Delta - 3
Kappa Delta - 4
Pi Beta Phi - 2
Zeta Tau Alpha - 1
Three of the 16 go out-of-state (not LSU), and sororities are indicated for two of them:
Kappa Kappa Gamma at Southern Methodist U.
Pi Beta Phi at the U. of Alabama.

Pretty much every highly recognized southern debutante ball is going to have a ton of sorostitutes in them.

Did you honestly just write that word? Highly offensive--you're damn lucky I didn't HEAR you say that!

Pretty much the norm for him. He says stuff like that to get a reaction from others. Pretty sad.

Sorostitute is offensive? I thought it was the correct term.

I am with Kathy on this one. Very offensive and juvenile. I guess we know how you view women

You're right, southern fraternity men don't respect women at all...Its a funny slang term...hence sorority girls referring to themselves as such. It really doesn't imply anything degrading or sexual. Sorostitute and its male counterpart "fratdaddy," are not at all offensive if you have any understanding of the context.

Sorostitute is the same as saying something like Fratdaddy. Girls refer to themselves as this all the time.
LaneSig, I don't say things to get a rise out of people. Thanks though champ. Its an internet message board, I don't care enough to do that.

To add some clout to the boys'(?) argument, girls really do use sorostitute in referring to themselves. I will acknowledge that there is some negative connotation to the world, but it's minimal. Personally, I don't find it the least bit offensive, nor do I mind being called one. It's an image & a mindset, but not a degoratory one.
