You don't know the Axl Rose dance?
Okay. GPhiB - do you remember the little side-to-side shuffle that Davy Jones (of the Monkees) used to do? Well, the Axl Rose dance is very similar to that.

Well, at last, finally a reference (Davy Jones of the ancient monkees!) that I can identify in my advancing years!!!
Okay, I think I get it now.....but heck, they should credit where credit is due and call it the Davy Jones dance - LOL!
Sooo...... what about a Gene Kelly dance in the rain -- now there is a truly happy dance to celebrate!
Y'all know who Gene Kelly is, don'tcha?

NO WAAAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!
NOOOOO WAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!
Get out!!!!!!
<Kelly does the happy happy joy joy dance>
See? I went to bed last night and all was quiet. Then, I woke up this morning to find several pages of congratulations on your bid to Alpha Phi! Doh!
The funny thing was that I was actually in the Rush thread when I found out. I was reading someone's thread when I saw one of your posts. I had read on down a few more posts when the little hampster wheel in my brain started turning. I was like "Waitaminit....did Jill's signature line say 'Alpha Phi AI 2003'?" I scrolled back up and looked at it. I then sat there and thought, "Wait, she's not an Alpha Phi is she? I know Sistermadly is....that's right, Jill had a meeting to go to........oh crumbs, I think I missed something. I know I should have gone to the Alumni forum first!!"
hehehehehe
Well, most of us who posted in the Guessing Thread got it right!
Anyway, YAY FOR YOOUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!
Congratulations!
PNAM,
.....Kelly

Tom I so agree with you!
Funny looking at the start of my thread. I started the official quest on a special day. June 10th. My grandmother's 85th birthday. The strongest woman I know. (ya gotta be tough being widowed with 5 kids under the age of 10 AND pregnant with twins!
Yup she is alive and kicking and the woman is my heart!
