HC I went to the most...interesting..class at the gym yesterday?
HC the instructor was this Israeli guy
HC he was sooooo doofy!
HC it kept us laughing all class though!
HC it was a good workout, he used all the space- had us running, jumping, box stepping grapevining, etc.
HC it was great!

HC I don't like the Lakers
HC I don't hate them like I hate the Pacers though
HC that's a requirement of living in NYC

HC at the same time, I have not really been losing much fat

HC I am going to stop lifting so much and concentrate on cardio classes
HC weights only twice, at most three times per week
HC cardio five times
HC that should do it, lol
