can't say that i'm upset about her 
though they could've made it a bit more of a surprise (as to who did it). The foreshadowing was too obvious!

when Paul found out that one noisy neighbor (the one that tried to blackmail Teri Hatcher;s character) was the one who sent the note, said he wanted to make her pay. The guy in the car with him said $5000 to hurt her, $10000 to kill her. So that's gonna be the foreshadowing of the killing.
