Hi!

Well....I hope I'm not sounding pushy... but I'm wondering if all of the committees could have a preliminary report posted by April 30th? It's just that tscsparky mentioned seeing if we could get a solid foundation by the end of the semester and I bet we could do it. I was going to see if I could get a philanthropy committee report posted by then and I thought it would be great if we were all on the same page. I'd love to hear what everyone else is coming up with!

Ive started to separate everyone into "Alpha" or "Beta" categories. Alphas are the people who joined in March at 47. and Betas are those who joined from the begining of April until the 10th, at 46. So at least we can start pairing people up. I will prob. have the list for everyone either tomm. or monday.

I'm up for any of the the committees that don't have very many people. I would just pick one, but I figured what if someone else really wanted to be there, when I'm open for anything. Everything's just as important as the other, so whoever wants my help just let me know!

We need an approximate time for this gathering of the Finest Of The People. Dont make it winter unless you want to ski our little hill North of KC!

Damn, it just Dawned on me, If we had 1/2 of the GCers at a conventiuon WOW Would that be Big or What?

Hey everyone, just wanted to drop everyone a line to say hi, and to say I think everyone is doing a great job of Getting Gamma Chi on the road, ya know.
Anyways, Cream and I are working on the Constitution, right now though , we are working on responsibilites and rights for members. So below, theres a mini survey to help us out so we can get the constitution moving. So if you could kindly feel that out and email or copy and paste it, then that would be greatly appreciated.

I've already sent Tresa a prelim report for the Scholarship committee,but I'll be glad to post one here.

Attention Scholarship Committee members
The next meeting is Wendesday April 17th around 9pm cst. Let me or SigKapAlumWSU if you can not make it. I will be emailing everyone a copy of what was discussed at the first meeting either Sunday or Monday

Actually membership is currently making a membership/registration application if thats ok.It should be finished shortly

This is such a great idea!! I am all about it!! I want to be on the ritual committee!!! We need new member pins too, maybe they can just be the plain starfish?? That website with the stafish pin had some cool pins of a lot of peoples symbols, like there was a dove for sigma kappa and a cute little key pin with a heart for KKG and a kite for KAO. I am getting an acorn!! I am so excited about this!! yay Gamma Chi!!!

Prospectiverushee sent me this fabulous report the other day. You will not believe the work these guys have been doing! It's wonderful. What I could do is create a single report created from the preliminaries of all of the groups. That way a person could read them all at one time. When I have them all in, I'll compile and publish.

So, keep'em coming.

If you have recently volunteered, PM me and I'll tell you who is acting as the organizer for the group you have an interest in.

I had an idea about new member pins - I was thinking of a ribbon, either instead of or in addition to a NM pin. We'd each make our own - that way we can have a new member ceremony without having to wait for NM pins to be shipped out.

I must have missed something - where's this website?
