Honestly, this has be going on for awhile. I'm not saying that it's right (because trust me, it's not), but it happens. I grew up in Durham, North Carolina where there is a very high crime rate, especially in the schools. The adminstration at my high school have tried to cover things up such as gang related activities and drugs. It gets out to the media anyways, and it's sad that school admins are stooping so low.
