DZ's in Dallas Texas
Hi everyone! I am moving June 1 to the Dallas, Texas area and I am still looking for apartments. Does anyone have any suggestions for apts in the downtown Dallas area that has reasonable rent? Also I don't know anyone in dallas since I am from Maryland, any suggestions on fun places to go and hang out or if any of you would want to hang out that would be awesome!
You can respond here or pm me.
Thanks!!!

Dawn

Well I grew up in the Laurel Columbia area. I know College park, Rockville, bethesda, DC, southern MD area pretty well. I am currently in school in Western MD. My parents recently moved to the Frederick area so I am learning that area a little better. PM me with the area you are looking to move to and I can provide you with any kind of help or assistance you need. Most of my family is in MD and I am MD born and raised so I know the state Fairly well. Hope I can help ya!

There are several alum groups in Dallas. I would try to live fairly close to where you will be working. Traffic here is tough.
There are several Dallas area sisters in Surfing Sisters. You should check it out. www.surfingsisters.org It's a good place to start.
Best of luck with your move.

Thank you all for your help I really appreciate it. Especially since I moving so far from my family and friends. Its always scary moving to a new place and your advice and tips will prove helpful I am sure.
Are there any good places to visit or to hang out while I am there?
