My husband's oldest sister is adopted. His parents adopted her and then less than a year later they got pregnant with him. His parents had 4 more children after that. I think at least one of his cousins is adopted as well. I know several friends that are either adopted or have adopted children.
I think that if I wasn't able to conceive I would adopt. However, we are not planning any right now.
