good, bad, what type of experience? I am looking for a pair of shoes to wear with my Lilly to a graduation..don't want anything too dressy or too casual....found some cute things on there, but I wanted to make sure they were easy to deal with before I ordered.
I've ordered from zappos and had a good experience. they came fairly quickly and didn't charge for shipping.
