Ah, the infamous letter debate! If you wanna follow National rule, you can't deny the new members their rights to wear the letters. I don't agree with National, because I feel the girls should know what they are wearing before they do. National considers it hazing to not let them wear them. Anyways.....the chapter I advise is letting the new members make the letters before initiation but they won't be able to wear them until afterwards. It's kind of like an inspiring moment thing. Get the girls all pumped up and stuff.

No new member metings

how do you all feel about having no new member meetings ? How do your chapters make sure that new ladies are getting all of their information w/o making you rmeetings overly LOOONNNNGGGG ?
