In my field (Architecture/Conservation), most of the employers are small businesses that do not offer much in the way of retirement benefits.
Eventually, I will work for a larget company that does offer 401(k) or retirement savings plans, but I'd like to get started now.
Rudey, do you know anything about Vanguard's Target 2045? I know there are others like it, but Vanguard sounds the best for me. It doesn't have a contribution limit like the IRAs do.
