BUMP
So hows everyone doing? We need status reports.
I've lost another 5 lbs since the last update. Its probably more, but since I am doing a lot of strength training, I am adding muscle weight as I loose fat. So my 11 lbs lost total, probably equals 15-17 in pre-strength training lbs. My trainer and I changed my target weight. I now need to loose another 7-8 lbs to reach my new target weight. I can have that off in a month no problem. Then its about bulking up. If I ate better (read cut out beer and sweets, and took in more protein) then I'd see a faster increase in size. I'm ok with that tho. I've been working out with the trainer for a year next month and if it takes me another year to get where I should be, than thats cool. I should see faster progress this year because I am 1) doing serious cardio and 2) increased the amount of strength training I do by a third. I am not concerned with getting stronger, I want to get bigger. I will. It will just take time. Time is what I've got.
