you should have a section in your constitution about dues & scholarship. If you don't, you really should. It helps in these situations. we have payment plans like most chapters have, we also have a scholarship improvement plan that helps with sisters that are not doing well.
so, you should have:
1) a part in your constitution that states what the minimum GPA is to run for an e-board position & a GPA for a commitee position.
2) a section in your constitution about what the consequences are for not paying dues... our chapter has to pay by the first week of the semester if not on a payment plan...
I'm sorry, but sometimes you cannot trust people to pay. Especially when you have problems as a chapter from year to year. It's getting a whole lot better now though!
