That's how my old uni. used to do it (at least that is how they did it my last year there.) The fraternities and sororities had their bid day on the same day, and since recruitment wasn't huge it worked out really well and was fun for both sides (pnms and GLOs)
I don't know if that's how they do it now though... PoohsHoneyBee would know... maybe she will chime in!
