ditto...i was surprised at how happy their were to see themselves! maybe in 10 years they will watch it and be embarassed. and lauren's hair looked terrible. she actually looked kind of scary.

I thought her hair looked much better. The blonde extenstions were gross! Eww!!

Ok, am I the only one who thinks that Jacqueline looks like a little Charlotte from Sex and the City?

No, you're not the only one. They have that same preppy style too.

For my Sweet 16 my friends threw me a surprise party, invited the guy I liked, and even had a cake specially made for me in the shape of Carmex (serious... I am obsessed with that stuff!!) and although hundreds of thousands of dollars werent spent I still had more fun than any of those kids seemed to be having.

I think the best like was at the girl Natalie's party when a random girl said "I don't know her but she definitely bought MY friendship" That is really sad but I guess that is what she was going for.

Also, did anyone else think it was sad that Hart had to get all those girls free clothes so they would go to his party.....

Sad indeed. My thoughts? These kids are all losers.
The first two girls were okay. I liked the girl who looked like Charlotte from SATC. She seemed genuinely nice. Beyonce probably had her people purposely up the price to $500,000 because she didn't want to perform at the party.
Jacque's Sweet 16: I like her and her party was cool but that guy she had a crush on was soooo not cute. I actually felt bad for her when her Dad showed up late and she was upset but never told him how she felt.
PS-Why, oh why did MTV air Jacque's modest party in the middle of these spoiled bitches.
Ava's Sweet 16: What can I say about Ava? Yes she was annoying and spoiled but I loved the relationship between her and her mom. I LOVED her party theme. All she needed was a camel and some Arabian horses to set it off. I know quite a few Muslim/Arabic girls who have the world at their disposal from the wealth of their families. Did anyone notice her Dad was always yelling but was obviously made of goo. Ooooh, and did you see her face when she found out that the first Range Rover she saw was used and not brand new. She turned up her nose as if she had just smelled skunk and shit stew.
Hart's Sweet 16: Hart's a loser. His friends are losers. His Dad was more annoying and immature than he was. I can see him turning into his Dad in the next 30 years. Getting your designer stepmom to give away clothing in her overpriced boutique just to ensure girls come to your party is soooo lame.
Natalie's Sweet 16: Booooo. This girl obviously has major self-esteem issues. Her friends with money meeting her friends without money was a trainwreck waiting to happen. Did anyone see how the rich bitch who bought jewelry at Tiffany's reacted when the other girl said she got her necklace at Target? Her bleach blonde hair made her look wiped out. 1/2 million dollars spent for a sweet 16 party was OVER-THE-TOP. She had things at her party that I want at my WEDDING....the chocolate fountain, the rotating ice sculpture, the extravagant food....my God.

Someone hit the nail on the head when they said these kids come from broken homes and money is being used to "repair" all that's gone wrong with their lives.

Ooh, what about this week's episode coming up? I'm surprised to see a "sistah" having a big party...with all that blonde weave that looks awful against her skin color. Although it looks as if her arrival in a helicopter is going to be SICK!!! And it looks like Lil' Bow Wow is going to make an appearance.

That girl does look just like Charolette. And i think her hair looked better dark as well.

But you know what the worst part is....all these kids are going to be wealthly for the rest of their lives.

Hart will most likely get a incredible internship with some huge corporation, where he wont have to do jack shit, get the job and be rich as well.

Ava's dad will most likely croak soon and she will inherit all his money and never work another day in her life.

Natalie will probably beg her parents to make her a fashion designer and they will work their connections and get it done for her.

This is a situation where truly what goes around comes around wont happen and that makes me sick!

The more times I see Jacqueline and Lauren's episode, the more I like Jacqueline. To me, she was nothing compared to the brats they've featured.

I'm almost afraid to watch the season finale's DIVA. Woofuckinghoo, Lil Bow Wow's going to your stupid party!

I saw it for the first time yesterday, with the commentary. I thought she was as sweet as pie.

Jaqueline is my favorite one. She seemed genuinely excited and happy about the party. Lauren always looked like she was pissed and didn't even care about the party when it was over!

Jaque seemed kind of pathetic to me. She wanted the party to be in the "cool" crowd, and the guy she liked was sooo not cute. And she was talking about wanting to make out with someone to some guy and she went in to "tease" him, but he looked like he didn't want to kiss her in the first place.

Ava, she was ok. She's definitely spoiled which is why she acts the way she does. She just wanted a big, extravagant party because she could. She was the only one that didn't say anything about like trying to be in the cool crowd or whatever. She cracked me up during the Range Rover part though. One part she was like talking to the camera about the Range Rover and then paused and then did this little scream. She did this like bitchface thing though which cracked me up. She was talking to her dad on the phone about getting the Rover, and the dad was like, do you have your license, and she said through clinched teeth and total bitch face, "Everybody gets thier car before!"

Hart: Loser. That is all.
His loser friend who was like, is there girls going to be there, I want some pussy tonight. Or something like that please little boy... That boy also got up on the little stage to dance with one of the dancers and he thought he was the shit.

Natalie: Sad. She didn't know 80% of the people there. I would have been pissed if I was the dad. I would have been like, "I spent 1/2 and million $$'s to throw a big ass party for people you don't even know?!" She wasn't even all that cute. The girls she threw out, I don't she liked them to begin with, not only because they were freshmen. Totally loved the Roswell friends though. Especially the gay boy. "Sara, can I borrow your dress?" hehehe.
When they said they were in La Jolla, I thought it was gonna be the battle of the sweet 16's! hehe. I was happy to see NiceJaque there

I'm confused though. In the opening sequence thing, The second fottage is of a chick doing a dance that looked like "Rollin with the homies" dance from Clueless. But they said this next one is that last one....?

I had nothing better to do last week than watch this embarrassing show. The only comments i had were:

Natalies party wasnt a $400,000 party. Maybe $40,000, but not $400,000. She was just saying that to make it sound all the better for her roswell ex-friends. People know her by her dad's cars? Cause theyres only one Rolls in SoCal? Whatever. Its La Jolla. Shes trying to sound as if shes the only one there with money. Also, since shes rich, why dosent she get her grille fixed? That snaggletooth was too much for me to look at. Bitch looked like she could open a beer can with that shit. Drop a quarter on Invisalign.

Hart, buddy, your dad is a homosexual. Lets examine the facts:

1) Caterer/Event planner by profession.
2) Overuse of the word fabulous.
3) Obsessed with image.
4) Went to southbeach.

Also, your dad must not be very good at what he does if he didnt even check your school calendar to see if there were any scheduling conflicts that day.

I think, actually I hope, that they were taking in lost revenue in that cost since her dad had to shut down one of his clubs for a Saturday night. That's probably a lot of lost alcohol sales. Although I don't know the club, so someone else may be better to say if it's a popular place that brings in lots of revenue through alcohol sales on a Saturday night.

At any rate, I thought the parties are just ridiculous. I don't even recall what I did for my sixteenth birthday besides get my learner's permit. Although my Bat Mitzvah a few years prior did carry a fairly big price tag. although nowhere near any of these parties.

I just got done watching the season finale....OMG! Not even a sweet sixteen party, but one for her fifteenth birthday. Helicopter entrance. UGH! That girl needs an attitude adjustment, and soon! She is going to be disappointed when she gets into the Real World.

Sierra, honey, YOU are NOT a diva. You are NOT a celebrity, your dad is a "celebrity", and I use that term loosely.

The look on her face when she found out Bow Wow was in L.A. and not coming to her party was priceless.

Props to the boy in the jersey who booed her ass as she "modeled" down her runway.

And oh yeah...spit the gum out. You're being filmed by MTV. Show some class!

Actually...the club on the show was On Broadway in downtown SD. It's a HUGE venue and a pretty popular club...especially on a Saturday night. If he owns all the clubs connected to that one I bet the family has some serious money...not the richest family in La Jolla, but some serious dough. I'm pretty sure that it was an accurate cost estimate of everything for the party judging by all the stuff they had, the amount of people, security, etc. Things are a lot more expensive in SD than in other parts of the country (don't even talk to me about real estate prices) but maybe they were exaggerating slightly...who knows. It's funny to see all these little girls talking like 100 or 400 grand is nothing though...just wait until they start working and get a slap in the face...lol.

It was a trip watching the marathon and commentary today. I could totally see some remorse with Natalie, but Sierra -- I knew there was no hope for her. It doesn't help that her parents feed her ego every 5 minutes.

I still really like Jacqueline and Lauren. Another site said that she's currently president of her senior class and is an international debutante. Lauren's a freshman at Point Loma Nazarene -- and she's still probably shaving her legs in the kitchen sink.

I think MTV should do a spinoff show with Natalie's friends from Roswell. Those two are just precious...they're a HOOT!
