I think that drinking and drug use is appropriate behavior for our undergraduate brothers-after all, they are in college, and you're only in college once-provided that it doesn't become an issue with the image/reputation of the chapter or leads to irrepairable relations between brothers. Not in the offical house, but in the party house or wherever. Go for it.
