I have seen way too much scary ass eyeshadow. The girl in all green had on NEON GREEN eyeshadow absolutely caked on. She had to have been wearing a ton for it to be so bright on her dark skin
then the powder blue eyeshadow on the girl with the short hair who was talking about accepting whatever the decision was gracefully...
