Hate to sound Biyatchy... but answer is plain and simple YOU DON'T. Why have standards if you're going to over look it ? We did it once and the sister never paid, and ended up disaffiliating during her term of office.. it DID NOT work out. There's always next time if she has things like grades to work on, or has to work too many hours (or chooses other things over paying dues) then she really doesn't have to time to be an effective member of E board. I know it sounds harsh... but it's the truth.
