Pikes have been kicked off
The public announcement was: "In a decision made Tuesday afternoon, Pi Kappa Alpha's National Headquarters have suspended the charter for UCFs Pike chapter for an indefinite amount of time for an October hazing incident"
Everyone unhoused on campus wants the Pike house on campus now (like only 1/4 of all the chapters have an on-campus house) and only a couple fraternities have off-campus houses...the fraternities with the most potential to take over are Phi Delt, Delta Upsilon, and Lambda Chi. As for sororities, not sure how could they possibly fix up Pike's house into a sorority house, but who knows...from what I heard, XO & Theta are after this.
