There are many unanswered question regarding this policy. One of them being regulation. Would it cost them $$ to do mandatory urine test on ALL employees? random urine test? Does anyone know how long Nicotine stays in your system?
Also, how frequently will they test? what is the cost of rehiring and retraining new employees when old ones are dishonest and break the policy?
